Mystate is a digital tool designed for personal self-reflection, well-being tracking, and lifestyle visualization.

• The Service does not provide medical advice, psychological counseling, diagnoses, or clinical treatments.
• The data and graphics generated inside the app should never substitute professional judgment or treatment by a doctor, psychologist, or other licensed healthcare professional.
• If you are experiencing physical or mental health issues, always seek professional medical care. Your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.

To use the Service, you must register an account. You are personally responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent) to use the Service.

Because Mystate processes data related to your personal well-being, we strictly adhere to the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

• Storage: Your data is encrypted and securely stored in cloud infrastructure located within the European Union (EU).
• Purpose: We only collect the data you explicitly input (check-ins and notes) to render your personal history and dashboard. We never sell or share your data with third parties.
• Your Rights: You own your data. You have the right to request a full export of your data or permanent deletion of your account at any time via the app settings.
• Global Insights (Aggregated Data): To generate community statistics and global trends within the app (under "Global Insight"), your inputs may be combined with data from other users. This process happens automatically and the data is strictly anonymized. It is mathematically and technically impossible to trace any global statistics back to you or your specific account.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Mystate makes no warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Mystate and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data, or personal decisions made based on the app's insights.

These Terms and your use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes shall be settled in Swedish courts.
